Don't delay! $1500 total in prizes to be awarded!! $600 for final score and $300 paid for each of the first three quarters Boxes are $15.00 each and CTPA is asking for a suggested donation of $5.00 per box. Please see attached entry slips to fill out and to return with your check or cash. Feel free to make copies and share with your family and friends. All participants will receive an email with the game grid on February 12th by 5:00pm Rows will be assigned to the Philadelphia Eagles and the Columns will be assigned to the Kansas City Chiefs. Winners will be determined by matching the last digit of each team's score.
